SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently offer shipping to our Canadian and United States customers.
All Canadian orders come with a tracking number. We need 3-7 days to make and pack orders. Some orders may take longer, we will communicate with you if this is this case. You will receive notification once your items have shipped. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship via Canada Post, see below for estimated delivery times (not including 3-7 day lead time after purchase):
Expedited Parcel with Tracking in Canada: 2-4 business days
Small Packet USA: estimated 5-15 business days (sometimes longer during busy seasons)
Tracked Packet USA: up to 6 business days
We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will resolve the problem at that time.
We do our best to describe each and every item in great detail, please contact us if you have any questions before completing your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item(s) or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days after you have received your order. Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on what broke or where it broke we might be able to repair it, which can cost anywhere from 10$ to 40$. We will be able to quote the repair better once we receive the item. Email us for an address to which to send your repairs to by mail.
