Shipping policy
We currently offer shipping to our Canadian and United States customers.
All Canadian orders come with a tracking number. We need 3-7 days to make and pack orders. Some order take longer, we will communicate with you if this is the case. You will receive notification once items have shipped. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship via Canada Post, see below for estimated delivery times (not including 3-7 day lead time after purchase)
Expedited Parcel with tracking in Canada: 2-4 business days
Small Packet USA: estimated 5-15 business days (sometimes longer during busy season)
Tracked Packet USA: up to 6 business days
We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will resolve the problem at that time.
